With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Jason Cavanagh founded CAVI Property Group in 2011 with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Over the years, his vision has evolved towards developing communities and land projects across the South Coast and in the Illawarra region of New South Wales.
Jason brings a wealth of expertise in construction, property development and project management, having successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects with CAVI Property Group. He is responsible for overseeing the CAVI Property Group portfolio and fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that every development reflects CAVI’s commitment to quality, innovation and community focused design.

With over 30 years of financial and commercial expertise, Ed Karim oversees the financial, legal and development operations at CAVI Property Group, ensuring long term success. Since joining in 2017, he has been instrumental in managing existing projects, evaluating new opportunities and driving financial sustainability.
Previously Ed served as Finance Director at Avis Budget Group, managing corporate revenues exceeding A$800 million. His extensive background includes leading complex global and regional projects and navigating high-level financial operations across diverse industries. A Fellow of CPA Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, Ed brings a strategic, results driven approach to every project consistently.
